สพฐ.ให้รางวัลSAPAสถานศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์เรียนดี

สพฐ.ให้รางวัล SAPA แก่สถานศึกษาที่โดดเด่นในการเพิ่มผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนให้แก่ผู้เรียน หวังให้เป็นขวัญกำลังใจแก่สถานศึกษา พร้อมสร้างแรงจูงใจให้มีผลเชื่อมโยงถึงการขึ้นเงินเดือน-ประเมินเลื่อนวิทยฐานะ

(25พ.ค.) ดร.ชินภัทร ภูมิรัตน เลขาธิการคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ( กพฐ.) เปิดเผยว่า ได้หารือกับผู้บริหารสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน (สพฐ.) ถึงแนวคิดการให้รางวัลแก่สถานศึกษาที่มีความก้าวหน้าอย่างโดดเด่นในการเพิ่มผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของเด็ก หรือใช่ชื่อเรียกว่า Student Achievement Progress Award ( SAPA ) โดยแบ่งรางวัลเป็น 2 ประเภทได้แก่ 1.รางวัลสำหรับสถานศึกษาที่มีการพัฒนาสู่ความเป็นเลิศแล้ว 2.รางวัลสำหรับสถานศึกษาที่อยู่ในระดับกลาง หรือต่ำกว่ามาตรฐาน โดยการประเมินจะพิจารณาจากความก้างหน้าของคตวามสำเร็จใน 3 ด้าน ดังนี้ ด้านความรู้ คุณลักษณะ และทักษะกระบวนการ

เลขาธิการกพฐ.กล่าวอีกว่า รายละเอียดของการประเมินนั้น ให้สำนักทดสอบทางการศึกษา ของ สพฐ.ไปศึกษาอยู่และทำรายละเอียดมาเสนอ ว่าจะกำหนดเกณฑ์ในการคัดเลือกและสร้างแรงจูงใจให้สถานศึกษาเข้าร่วมลักษณะใดบ้าง อย่างไรก็ตาม ในการประเมินนั้นจะต้องเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลจากหน่วยงานภายในต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องเช่นผลประเมินจากสำนักงานรับรองมาตรฐานและประเมินคุณภาพการศึกษา (สมศ.) สถาบันทดสอบลทางการศึกษาแห่งชาติ (สทศ.) สำนักทดสอบทางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน เป็นต้น
